Welcome to G1ExamPro, developed by AkylTech. This Privacy Policy is effective as of June 17, 2026. We are committed to being transparent about how data is collected and used when you use our mobile application. By using G1ExamPro, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We and our third-party partners collect certain information automatically when you use G1ExamPro:

• Usage data: screens visited, questions answered, test scores, and in-app events, collected via Firebase Analytics (Google).
• Device information: device model, operating system version, and app version, collected via Firebase Analytics and Sentry.
• Crash and error reports: stack traces and device state at the time of a crash, collected via Sentry.
• Purchase and subscription data: transaction history and subscription status, processed by RevenueCat.
• Advertising identifiers: your device's advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) may be collected by Google AdMob to serve ads.

3. Third-Party Services

G1ExamPro uses the following third-party services that may collect data subject to their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase Analytics — usage analytics (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Sentry — crash reporting (sentry.io/privacy)
• RevenueCat — subscription management (revenuecat.com/privacy)
• Google AdMob — in-app advertising (policies.google.com/privacy)

We encourage you to review each provider's privacy policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Understand how users interact with the app and improve the learning experience.
• Diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues.
• Process and verify premium subscription purchases.
• Display advertisements to support the free version of the app.
• Comply with legal obligations.

5. Advertising

G1ExamPro displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and other signals to show relevant ads. On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing your IDFA. You may opt out of personalised ads at any time through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers listed in Section 3 (Firebase, Sentry, RevenueCat, AdMob) to the extent necessary to operate the app. These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and access controls. Crash data is transmitted securely to Sentry. Purchase records are managed by RevenueCat using industry-standard security. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard Firebase Analytics retention settings (default: 14 months). Crash reports are retained in Sentry for 90 days. Purchase records are retained by RevenueCat as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@akyltech.com.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable law (including GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA) to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data).
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children's Privacy

G1ExamPro is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@akyltech.com and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
